SaharaReporters had reported that the Ebubeagu opportunists opened fire and killed 14 wedding guests returning to their community Otulu on Sunday evening.
‘Ebubeagu’ is a vigilante outfit set up by the Imo State government which reports to the government and largely, not answerable to the Imo State Police Command.
