The trailer is set to the apropos classic 80s song Video Killed the Radio Star by The Buggles, with an assistant telling Sheila, ‘We’ll be ready for you in five.’

She walks onto the set and tosses her Walkman at the lowly assistant as a director says, ‘OK places everyone, from the top.’

Sheila, clad in a pink leotard with big 80s brunette curls, is heard saying, ‘OK let’s do this thing,’ before she is snapped back into reality by her husband (Rory Scovell).

‘Babe, seriously? The coffee?’ he demands, while tapping tapping on his empty cup as she just smiles at him, though a different narrative plays out in her head.

‘God forbid you have anything valuable to do,’ she says in her head, while rocking some massive gold hoop earrings.

As Video Killed the Radio Star keeps playing, we see a number of shots with Rose trying to manage her busy family, while she also discovers an aerobics studio.
